通过MBR工艺的处理,污水能够实现回用。

MBR的COD去除率大于93%,去处绝大部分的忌浮物,出水水质良好稳定。适用于各类办公楼、餐馆、饭店、机关、餐厅酒楼、工厂等生活污水及纺织、啤酒、逢纸、制革、食品、炼油等行业的有机废水处理。

MBR是高效膜分离技术与活性污泥法相结合的新型水处理技术。中空纤维膜的应用有效残留污水中的微生物及硝化菌, 使硝化反应高效的进行,有效去处水中的氨氮同时将污水中一时难以降解的大分子有机物截留,延长其在反应器内的停留时间,直至使之分解。中空纤维膜能够很好的实现泥水分离,使活性污泥不流失,提离了污泥龄,因此MBR不需要传统工艺中的二层池。

 

 

特点

 

 

1. 污染物去除效率高,不仅能高效的进行固液分离,而且能有效地去除病原微生物^

2. 生物反应器内微生物浓度髙,MLSS为常规处理工艺3-10倍因此.反应器的溶剂负荷大,设备紧凑,占地少。

3. 高浓度活性污泥的吸附与长时间的接触,使分解缓慢的大分子有机物的停留时间变长,使其降解率提高,污泥产生最 少,出水水质稳定。

4. 由子过滤分离机理,不怕污泥膨胀,依靠膜的过滤截流作用的出水.即使出现污泥膨胀,也不影响出水水质。

5. 在废水处理史上首次实现SRT和HRT的彻底分离.使运行控制更加灵活和稳定:MBR工艺的固体停留时间(SAT)很 长,允许世代周期长的微生物充分生长,对某些难降解有机物的生物降解十分有利。

6. 剩余污泥量很少,污泥处理和处S费用低。由干SRT很长,污泥浓度高,生物反应器起到了污泥好氧消化池的作用,可 取消污泥浓缩池和污泥消化池,也节省了污泥处理的基础投资和运行费用。

7. 消化能力大大提离a NH3氧化的自养型的消化菌世代期长,生长速度慢,易于流失。在MBR工艺中,由于膜的截流作用和SRT的延长,创造了有利于消化细菌的生长环境,因而可以提离消化能力;同时由于MBR中污泥浓度高,MLSS可离达 20000mg/L,即污泥凝絮颗粒存在从外到内的DO梯度,相应形成好氡、缺氧和厌氧区,由此可实现反硝化和生物除磷

8. 化学药剂投加S少,仅用于膜的清洗。

9. MBR工艺结构紧凑,易于实现一体化自动控制,MBR技术应用在城市污水处理中,由于其工艺简单,操作方便,可以 实现全自动运行管理.,

10. 其定型化(模件化)的设计能够使工艺操作具有较大的灵活性和适应性。
